Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en vente au détail, de préférence dans un environnement de luxe.

We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service. As a Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a Designer Brand and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.

We are looking for an Armani Brand Specialist to join our Store team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading by example, focusing on achieving sales goals by managing a designer brand/department
  • Delivering product knowledge training to Advisors, developing taste level and brand image
  • Personal sales and holistic selling in-store, building relationships with customers, and creating repeat clientele
  • Preparing for each appointment and client meeting by strategizing merchandise presentation and creating opportunities for add-on sales
  • Communicating with buying and visual teams to ensure product inventory and brand spirit are represented
  • Participating and coordinating trunk shows
  • Inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training
  • Demonstrating interest and ability to develop others
  • Leading team building efforts to achieve financial goals

Successful candidates will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment, clothing, or store/department leadership
  • Experience in various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure is preferred
  • A passion for creating exceptional customer service experiences both online and in-store
  • The desire to participate in training initiatives and incorporate new skills into daily activities
  • Interest in technology and using tech innovations to support retail customer service
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Compensation includes variable commissions, team bonuses, and a fixed base salary. The starting annual income ranges from $50,000 to $70,000. Due to our generous commission and bonus structure, you can significantly increase your earnings!
