We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join a growing residential developer for a new community in Cochrane, AB.

Bringing over 25 years of experience, they specialize in the creation of visionary communities, innovative homes, and thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. They are committed to delivering exceptional real estate solutions with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager
  • Drive new home sales and manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to possession.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and construction partners.
  • Manage daily operations of the sales center to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Actively prospect, follow up with leads, and leverage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Adapt quickly to changes, take ownership of the community's success, and work flexibly, including weekends.
Qualifications of an Area Sales Manager
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of proven success in new home sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation.
