Job Summary
This role involves leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing daily janitorial services across multiple store or site locations within a designated area or territory, serving various customer banners.

Planning & Budgeting
- Participate in developing and implementing annual plans, budgets, and sales opportunities.
- Manage store-level budgets.
- Develop strategies for store sustainability and profitability.
Customer Relationships & Communication
- Build strong relationships with store-level customers and partners.
- Act as the primary contact for communication between United and the store.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support regional management with meetings and reporting.
Internal Communication
- Coordinate store-level communication with United Partners.
- Set expectations, provide training, and mentor Partners.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings.
Process Compliance
- Lead process initiatives and store-level audits.
- Support process adoption and compliance using United technologies.
- Manage business activities including material ordering, specials, audits, and safety compliance.
Cost Management & Controls
- Oversee revenue, costs, budgets, and margins at the store level.
- Support operational costing and monitor assets.
Workforce & Performance Management
- Co-lead partner performance management.
Recruitment, Training & Development
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of Partners.
- Mentor Partners and implement performance improvement plans.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years in janitorial or operational industries.
- 3-5 years in supervisory roles.
