Job summary

WIS International is seeking an Entry Level Manager to lead and support field teams, establish client relationships, and drive performance across customer sites. You will report to senior management and help optimize profitability and efficiency while maintaining high standards of service.

The role requires a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client locations. A college diploma in business or management and a drive to grow within the company are

Qualifications

• At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.
• A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
• A clean or near clean driving record.
• Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $55,000 Annually

The ideal candidate is a team player who is goal oriented with good interpersonal skills and has a hands-on leadership style. We are always on the lookout for new, motivated people to join our team.

The successful candidate will:

• Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers at various levels.

• Analyze results and report on operational performance to senior management.
• Recommend or implement actions to address performance metrics and achieve targets for profitability, productivity and efficiency.
