Job summary

WIS International is seeking an Entry Level Manager to join our team in Alberta. You will build relationships with customers, analyze performance, and help drive profitability and efficiency through hands-on leadership.

The role requires a college diploma in business or management, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team. You should be comfortable traveling to customer locations and maintaining safe, professional standards.

Qualifications

• At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.
• A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
• Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• A clean or near clean driving record.
• Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
