Job summary

Northern Lights School Division is seeking a dedicated Area Maintenance worker for the Central Office in La Ronge. This full-time role offers a salary range of $30.85 to $36.09 per hour, with qualifications including Grade 12, a valid fireman's certificate, and strong building trades experience.

Candidates must have computer knowledge, a valid driver's license with reliable vehicle, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while safely operating tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent diploma.
• Valid fireman's certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in one or more of the building trades.
• Computer knowledge.
• Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment required to perform assigned work.
• Ability to produce quality work.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other trades and contractors.
• Ability to do heavy work (exert 100lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly to move objects).
