Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Architect to join our downtown Toronto team. You will develop construction documentation in Revit, work with project managers, and contribute from design development through construction administration.

The role requires 5+ years of practice experience, strong Revit skills, and coordination across a multi-disciplinary group. Base in-office with 36 work-from-home days annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an architectural practice producing construction documentation for large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and experience developing comprehensive contract document packages.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate detailed Revit models and construction drawing packages.
• Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details and other technical documentation.
• Assist with design development, contract documents, authority submissions and construction administration activities.
• Support project teams in maintaining quality standards, technical accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with building codes, construction methodologies and industry best practices.

Education

Architectural Technology diploma, Architecture degree or equivalent
