Job summary

A leading architectural firm in Vancouver is looking for an experienced Intermediate Architectural Technologist. You will use your Revit skills to develop construction documentation and coordinate with team members. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, an architectural diploma or degree, and a passion for accuracy. This position offers a creative work environment and a salary starting at $75,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as an architectural technologist.
• Experience working on projects in various sectors like High-Rise Residential and Commercial.
• Understanding of current building systems, materials, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare Design Development Drawings (DD) and outline specifications.
• Assist in performing code and bylaw analysis.
• Coordinate with consultants and perform Quality Control procedures.
