Job summary

Anthem Properties Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced architectural technologist to maintain and develop model lines for residential projects in Calgary and Edmonton.

You will work from concept to working drawings, ensure compliance with Anthem Guidelines and bylaws, and collaborate with Construction and Estimating to optimize detailing. This role requires a post-secondary degree in Architectural Technologies or Civil Engineering, 5+ years in residential construction, and proficiency in Revit

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Architectural Technologies, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential construction industry experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented.
• Proven experience with project cost controls and maintaining set budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Anthem’s model line and production files.
• Understand the local homebuilding market to expand and refine model lines.
• Assist with design and development of new home models from concept to working drawings.
• Create blackline drawings, floor plans, sections and pre-planned options.
• Liaise with Construction and Estimating on construction details and efficiencies.
• Collaborate across Anthem for Product Development and Specifications.
• Design Show Homes, Sales Centers, and review as-built issues; drive changes when required.
• Provide support to external contractors with drawing guidelines and markup.
• Maintain Anthem standards and plan consistency for stock plans.
