Job summary
TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is assisting an established architectural practice based in British Columbia's Okanagan region to hire an Architectural Technologist. This relocation opportunity offers a chance to contribute to commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community projects.
The candidate should have at least five years of experience, strong Revit proficiency, and be able to coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents with project teams.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Architecture is required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
- Experience producing Design Development and Construction Documents.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate Design Development and Construction Documents.
- Produce high quality architectural drawings and BIM models using Revit.
- Coordinate architectural documentation with structural, MEP, civil, and consultants.
- Assist with building code analysis and technical detailing.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors.
