Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (Depending on Experience)

The Role

This intermediate-level Architectural Technologist will play a key role in supporting the in-house design and construction teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial projects, a solid understanding of construction detailing and documentation, and fluency in both AutoCAD and Revit. Rendering skills and experience with tilt-up construction will be considered strong assets.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3+ years of post-graduate experience as a building or architectural technologist
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software
• Capable of working across all design phases from schematic design through to construction documents
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, elevations, floor plans, and BP submissions
• Experience with commercial projects required (tilt-up construction experience an asset)
• Understanding of BC Building Code and Vancouver Building By-Law (VBBL)
• Confident in liaising with consultants and internal project teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
