Qualificações

• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
• 2–4+ years in a design-focused architectural practice, producing technical documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for BIM and construction documentation; working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of Canadian/Ontario building codes, zoning bylaws, and building systems.
• Experience producing construction documents and supporting projects through CA.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and quality control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Translate designs into buildable documentation with Project Architect and design team.
• Develop detailed BIM models and drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules).
• Produce coordinated drawings and documentation from schematic design through construction documents in Revit.
• Coordinate architectural systems and details, including high-performance envelopes.
• Review codes, bylaws, and regulatory requirements for project docs.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants.
• Manage drawing packages with revision history and QA checks.
• Assist with architectural specifications and supplier coordination.
• Participate in site reviews and CA activities during construction.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues.
