Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed technical drawings and models using Revit (essential).
• Collaborate with internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery from design through to installation.
• Support design coordination and clash detection processes using BIM workflows.
• Work closely with manufacturing partners to incorporate DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles.
• Participate in on-site coordination and quality reviews.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Proficient in Revit – this is a core requirement.
• Previous experience in a contractor or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
