Qualifications

Specific Requirements :

• Present and promote Stonhard products and services to architectural & design firms.
• Communicate closely with Stonhard Territory Managers regarding product recommendations, bidding, estimating, and quoting of projects.
• College diploma or university degree (Architecture, Interior design, or similar discipline, preferred)

Preferred Job Qualifications :

• Knowledge & background of selling to Architects / Designers
• Familiarity with the construction specification and tendering process
• Minimum 3+ years success having products specified by Architectural & Design firms
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop rapport with the A&D Community
• Must be able to read and understand Architectural drawings
• Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Office 365 and Teams presentation software
• Must have own means of transportation with valid license
• Willingness to travel within the province
