Position Overview:

The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes, technical knowledge, and direction. This role oversees a specific area, acts as a departmental representative ensuring technical accuracy in project execution across all phases, and promotes Fluor’s competitiveness by delivering high-quality, technically competent services. This is a lead position on assigned projects or involves performing architectural assignments of any complexity.

Responsibilities:
  1. Translate global strategic initiatives into procedures for project implementation.
  2. Lead in applying Cost-Competitive Execution techniques and develop cost-effective project solutions for discipline engineering work.
  3. Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other baseline documents across all project phases.
  4. Develop estimates, schedules, and progress reports, including workforce forecasts.
  5. Establish, track, and monitor material quantities; provide analysis and forecasts.
  6. Develop and review specifications, including design criteria.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
