ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN LEAD

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement for the successful candidate. The position involves overseeing and managing the design and planning team across various projects and will be based in their Vancouver office.

Requirements :

• Educational background in Architecture or Building Technology.
• Registered or non-registered Architect.
• At least 12 years of experience in architectural and schematic design, design development, master planning, and involvement in the initial stages of projects.
• 15 years of combined experience in residential projects such as high-rise, mixed-use, multi-family, and townhomes, including 4-6 story wood frame buildings.
• Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Experience with the Canadian Building Code is essential.
• Strong leadership skills to guide a small team of Technologists.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
