Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related BIM-focused field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience, primarily in architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.

• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols for architectural projects.
• Coordinate BIM models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Manage the BIM environment, including file structures and collaboration platforms.
