Qualifications

• Registered Architect or significant experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
• 6+ years of professional experience with a strong focus on BIM implementation and management.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a solid understanding of other BIM-related software.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain BIM execution plans.
• Excellent understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and data management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across projects.
• Create and manage complex BIM models for architectural designs, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination using BIM tools and workflows.
• Provide BIM support and training to project teams.
• Generate construction documents, visualizations, and data reports from BIM models.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and methodologies, recommending improvements.
