Job summary

Syntronic is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Architect to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of complex flight software for satellite payloads. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with customers on new proposals while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in embedded software, RTOS, and strong English or French communication skills, with the ability to operate within an agile, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum extensive experience in embedded software development (15+ years).
• Experience with real‑time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded Linux.

Responsibilities

• Document, architect, and implement embedded software for satellite payload systems.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team on software architecture and design.
• Interact with customers and contribute to project proposals and continuous improvement initiatives.
