Job Title: Senior Engineer, Public Markets Technology

Partner with investment professionals and operations staff to design and implement solutions enabling trading and post-trade activities across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, derivatives, OTC, and FX. Responsible for hands-on development and maintenance of these solutions, impacting trade activities and delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with trading, operations, and technology teams to build solutions for trade activities across asset classes.
• Design and develop new software applications, including server-side solutions, GUIs, or customized applications for specific business needs.
• Create solutions aligned with business requirements, architecture, and technology strategies, using AWS for cloud development.
• Maintain and improve existing trading applications.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of software components.
• Document design and program specifications.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Build scalable IT solutions within predictable timeframes.
• Support knowledge transfer through demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.
• Provide responsive business support adhering to enterprise software quality standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Interest in capital markets and supporting portfolio management systems.
