Job summary

Dexian seeks an Architect to design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including AI gateways, agentic platforms, and governance with enterprise APIs and data platforms. You will lead blueprints and design specs, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-aware solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will develop architecture frameworks across hybrid clouds, covering identity, model routing, observability, and operational readiness, while driving responsible AI guardrails and vendor

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD, pair programming and/or TDD; able to author unit/integration/functional tests.
• Experience leading tool integrations in complex environments.
• Extensive hands-on architecture experience delivering GenAI/LLM/agentic AI solutions, incl. AI gateways, RAG, prompt orchestration, model consumption patterns.

Job description

The Architect will design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including AI/LLM gateways, agentic AI platforms, model access patterns, RAG and knowledge retrieval patterns, AI observability, security guardrails, and governed integration with enterprise APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure. The role will lead project/product architecture blueprints and high- and low-level design specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, cost-aware, and compliant with enterprise architecture standards.

Develop and maintain architecture frameworks and solution patterns that support responsible, resilient, and production-ready AI capabilities across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. This includes planning, evaluating, recommending, and designing AI architectural solutions that address identity and access management, model routing, token and cost governance, prompt and response controls, data protection, observability, and operational readiness.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

• Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming and / or Test-Driven Development is an asset (i.e., ability to author Unit, Integration and Functional Tests)
• Demonstrated experience with leading technical tools integration in a complex environment
• Extensive hands-on architecture experience designing and delivering enterprise GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI solutions, including AI agents, AI/LLM gateways, RAG, vector search, prompt orchestration, MCP/tool integration, and model consumption patterns.
• Deep understanding of AI platform architecture across cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry,Vertex AI/Gemini, model routing, model lifecycle management, AI observability, evaluation, responsible AI guardrails, and vendor/platform trade-offs.
• Intimate knowledge of AI services and capabilities, with specific experience designing for identity and access control, data protection, prompt/response safety, token and cost governance, semantic caching, fallback and resiliency, logging, tracing, auditability, and production supportability.
• Relevant AI, cloud, architecture, security, or data certifications are preferred, including certifications or demonstrated experience in AI architecture, cloud architecture, responsible AI, MLOps, Kubernetes, API management, or enterprise architecture frameworks.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills- ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders (including executives).
