Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Delta, BC is seeking a Retail Outfitter to join a team delivering a world class shopping experience with legendary customer service and expert product knowledge. You will help customers by identifying needs, recommending gear, and promoting store programs while maintaining store presentation.

This role emphasizes outdoor lifestyle passion, ability to upsell, and flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs.
