Job Description: Arcade Department Associate

Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly and outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and working in a fun environment? Then you might be the perfect fit for our team!

This position involves providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operation of the Arcade Department.

Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.

Essential Duties:

1. Engage customers during shifts to ensure their needs are met.
2. Maintain inventory and cleanliness of amusement games and counters.
3. Respond politely and promptly to customer requests.
4. Answer phone inquiries.
5. Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Non-Essential Duties:

1. Enforce alcohol and age restrictions according to company policies.
2. Manage lost and found procedures.
3. Seek continuous improvement in work processes.
4. Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
5. Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

High School diploma and 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or retail preferred.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a loud, active bowling/arcade setting with dust and noise.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and move in small spaces.
2. Stand and walk for extended periods.
3. Handle and reach with hands and arms.
4. Lift/move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
