The Apprenticeship Coach is a full-time hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. This role supports job seekers in exploring, entering, and succeeding in apprenticeship pathways by providing individualized coaching, employment readiness training, and guidance on trades-related career options. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with participants, assessing employment and training needs, developing action plans, and assisting with applications to apprenticeship programs, employers, and funding sources. The Apprenticeship Coach also builds relationships with industry partners and training institutions, coordinates workshops and information sessions, and maintains accurate documentation and progress records. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to ensure participants receive comprehensive, coordinated support.
