The Role

This position involves performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, developing practical skills, and supporting our operations. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing basic vehicle care such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
2. Communicating with Service Advisors and Shop Foremen about vehicle status
3. Documenting all maintenance and repairs
4. Road testing vehicles as needed

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
• A post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Self-motivation and a passion for quality work
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
