About the opportunity…

This position is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance and repair on customer and dealership vehicles, developing practical skills, and supporting the "we can do that" operation. Specifically:

• Perform basic vehicle care and maintenance, including oil changes, lubrication work, filter replacements, and tire rotations/replacements
• Communicate with the Service Advisor and Shop Foreman to provide updates regarding the vehicle
• Document all vehicle repairs and maintenance performed on the repair order
• Road test vehicles as required

About you…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience performing vehicle maintenance, including:

• 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Lube/Tire Apprentice Technician
• Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and strategic thinking
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence
• Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Proven commitment to quality work
