Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Level 2 Apprentice Technician for Markham Honda to grow your automotive career. You will perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs, assist the Automotive Service Technician, and restock supplies while keeping up-to-date on manufacturer bulletins.

Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with 3+ years driving experience is preferred; prior technician or service department experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive products/systems.
• Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Technician experience is an asset.
• General Service Department experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver's License with 3+ years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
• Assist the Automotive Service Technician, as necessary.
• Examine the vehicle assigned to determine if additional maintenance or safety work is required or recommended.
• Road test vehicles, as required.
• Restock the supplies in the Service Department.
• Tag replaced parts for warranty or customer requests.
• Keep up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins.

Pay Rate:

$26/Hour (flat rate)
