Job summary

Royal Oak Nissan is looking for a motivated 3rd or 4th Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our high-performing service team. You’ll learn alongside experienced Journeyman Technicians in a supportive dealership setting and continue developing your skills toward Journeyman certification.

With a busy workflow, modern equipment, and a culture that values mentorship, you’ll gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in the McManes Automotive Group while earning

Qualifications

• Registered 3rd or 4th Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs under the guidance of licensed technicians.
• Complete inspections, preventative maintenance, and mechanical repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle concerns.
• Perform oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, and other mechanical work as your apprenticeship progresses.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate effectively with the service team.
• Follow all dealership policies and safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
