Job summary

South London Nissan, part of the AutoCanada network, is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician to diagnose, inspect, and repair vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will mentor apprentices, work with OEM standards, and ensure customer safety and satisfaction.

The role requires strong knowledge across makes/models, a valid Journeyman certificate (Red Seal a plus), and the ability to operate diagnostic equipment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Certificate required; Red Seal an asset.
• Must be able to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles.
• Experience with OEM standards and preventative maintenance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems to ensure safety and functionality.
• Mentor apprentices and maintain a safe, efficient shop.
• Communicate with Parts/Service Advisors to manage repairs and cycle times.
• Document all work on repair orders per OEM standards.
