Are you a dedicated, passionate professional looking to grow your career with a company long-term? Join Hall Mechanical as a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Apprentice Plumber on a full-time, permanent basis in Nanaimo, BC!

Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

1. Install all materials, equipment, and systems proficiently and correctly, including testing.
2. Report directly to a Journeyman Plumber for mentorship and coaching.
3. Work safely and promptly, reporting any issues to the Site Foreman.
4. Foster and develop professional relationships.
5. Maintain a professional and courteous appearance and demeanor.
6. Be self-motivated and able to maintain productivity independently.
7. Set personal goals and work towards achieving them.

Qualifications

You possess the following qualifications, technical, and interpersonal skills:

• Registered Plumbing Apprentice.
• Basic security clearance and a clean driver’s abstract.
• One year of experience is considered an asset.

Technical Skills

• Experience working safely on construction sites.
• Knowledge of industry-standard safe work practices.

Interpersonal Skills

• Positive attitude towards safety.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
