Job summary

Onni is seeking hardworking Apprentice Electricians in Vancouver to gain hands-on training in commercial electrical work and prepare for a long-term career in the trade. Join a team with a strong focus on quality construction and safety, with opportunities to learn from experienced foremen and contribute to diverse projects.

You will be learning, wiring installations, interpreting schematics, and collaborating with other trades.

Qualifications

• Experience on commercial electrical projects (Pipe bending skills required).
• Ability to pass a security clearance process preferred.
• Ability to provide your own tools and transportation.
• Provide previous applicable references.

Responsibilities

• Learning from the Foreman and completing all assigned duties.
• Identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and assisting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults.
• Interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Updating work logs, client accounts, and handling other administrative duties.
• Ordering replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties.
• Communicating with clients in a professional, courteous manner always.
• Collaborating with construction workers, plumbers, and other crew members.
• Performs other duties as required.

What You Will Do

$21.50 to $43.00 per hour based on experience
