Job summary

Skyservice is seeking an apprentice AME to develop your skills with the support of experienced technicians. You will ensure all aircraft documents are completed and that each component installed on the aircraft is certified, while complying with Transport Canada regulations.

You will participate in training courses, follow the Safety Management System, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist in all other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Be working towards becoming a licensed technician.
  • Previous apprentice experience is an asset.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good team spirit.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Being in the process of finalizing a recognized aircraft maintenance technician program, or equivalent, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop your skills as an apprentice, with the support of other experienced AMEs.
