The Apprentice role at Sureway Metal Systems Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Langdon, AB. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting experienced tradespeople with metal fabrication, welding, and processing tasks, such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing metal components. The Apprentice supports equipment setup and basic operation of machinery under supervision, helps maintain a clean and organized work area, and follows safety procedures and company standards at all times. This role also involves learning to interpret drawings and work orders, preparing materials, and contributing to production targets by completing assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Over time, the Apprentice is expected to develop technical skills and industry knowledge through hands‑on training and guidance from senior team members.
