Position Overview : We’re looking for a driven, empathetic, and resourceful intrapreneur—someone who’s ready to take ownership, grow with our mission, and help us scale by connecting deeply with our audience and leading with purpose.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating interest and scheduling sales calls for our health and fitness offer to potential clients.
The Mission of the Appointment Setter: To drive NEW business revenue by
1) Generating conversations with NEW potential clients
2) Recouping & re-setting leads from past conversations

- You’re going to be talking with people all day both within DM conversations on phone calls. Being a natural rapport builder is going to ensure your success!
- Charisma is defined as an appeal that enables an individual to attract, influence, and inspire others. It involves confidence and communication skills that make someone engaging. Charismatic individuals possess an ability to connect with people, motivate them, and foster a sense of trust.
- Integrity:
- Be someone who follows through with what you say. Be honest with prospects & only book clients who’re a great fit.
- Leadership:
- You must always lead prospects to the best decision for them EVEN IF that decision is outside of their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s BEST for people.
- You must work as a leader within the sales team as well. You will be on the front lines seeing marketing and sales play out in real time. You are responsible for improving strategies and processes to hit KPIs with as much ease as possible.
- Work ethic:
- This is not an easy job, but it is simple and pays well when done right. To earn the income that’s possible for you here… you must be willing to put in hours honing in your craft & doing everything you can to 1) generate opportunities 2) book them.
- Proactivity :
- Wherever you are in relation to your projections, you must know why. If you’re ahead, you must know what you’re doing well & what needs to be reinforced. If you’re behind, you must have the awareness to know WHY you're behind. Proactive behavior will create awareness & your awareness will allow you to adjust your behavior to get the results.

- You will be tasked with staying up to date with your numbers & CRM activities on a daily basis. This will play a huge role in the success of you hitting your numbers consistently and predictably.

- You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. Therefore, YOU must live up to our own high standards.
- Poise:
- You’ll be having crucial conversations on a daily basis which - a lot of times - can be life changing conversations for the prospect. You must be calm under pressure, be empathetic, & hold firm to help the prospect make the best decision for their future self.
- Teamworkand Collaboration:
- You will be working alongside a small, but mighty team where your ability to be a strong team member is crucial. You must have a winning attitude and know that a win for you is a win for the team and vice versa.
Outcomes / KPIs:Generate 3 new clients MONTHLY.Based on a 50% closing ratio, this means you’ll need to generate a minimum of 6 live calls per month.You will be expected to generate 6 calls per month (approx 2 calls / week) through outbound marketing methods such as:Finding and nurturing leads through various Instagram profilesFinding and nurturing leads from the Facebook group.Finding and nurturing leads from your personal Facebook profileTexting leads who opted into the webinarFollowing up with past leads from various placesEtc.Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.In addition to driving NEW revenue, you will have a minimal amount of team & administrative tasks.Sales Huddles:- Attend team meetings via zoom (1-2x per week)
- Know your numbers at the beginning of every meeting (actual numbers, projections, and if you’re on pace)
- Have wins you want to share with the team
- Be proactive with asking questions and getting help with what you’re experiencing in the DMs and on rapport calls, and any reason why you aren’t hitting your numbers.
End of day:- Send in your “end of day report”
- Update your lead tracking reports
Training ResponsibilitiesComplete all training modules in 7 Figure Setter Accelerator.Attend a minimum of 1 Coaching Call per week for Setter Accelerator Academy.Participate in weekly accountability in Setter Accelerator Academy Slack Channel.Be responsible for sending in DM conversations + Rapport Calls for feedback to Setter Accelerator AcademyRequirements:
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to collaborate, and when encountered with an obstacle, ability to find a way through it.
- Ability to attend weekly meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Message prospects to get them interested and ask information gathering questions in order to qualify and book them for a sales call with our team.
- Strategically follow-up with old prospects that haven’t signed up yet.
- Maintain accurate data via EOD reports and Lead Tracking CRMs
- Come prepared to weekly meetings and coaching calls to ensure the best use of everyone’s time.
- Consistently meet company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.
- Have full autonomy over your success. Show up as your best day in and day out. Ask for specific help when needed.
