What you’ll be doing

An Appointment Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our clients reaching out to our service center, using the latest technology including phone, text, email, web bookings, and video calls. Our team is dedicated to building great client relationships. We strive to make our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and informed from start to finish as they work with us to maintain their vehicle.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining premium dealership-client relationships through emails and phone calls, reminding clients of upcoming services.
  2. Advising clients on vehicle needs and service recommendations.
  3. Confirming service appointments: verifying servicing needs, noting issues for service advisors, updating appointment details, and confirming time, date, and transportation needs with clients.
  4. Managing advisor appointments and shop time to ensure smooth operations of our in-person teams.

What we need from you

  • Full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Monday – Friday, with occasional weekends
  • Must be able to commute to our Call Centre based at Budds’ BMW Dealership
