Job Description
  • Complete allcheck-in and check-out tasks.
  • Manage phone andonline reservations
  • Inform customersabout payment options and confirm their credit cardinformation.
  • Registering guestsand gathering necessary information (like contact details andexact dates of their stay)
  • When guests arrive,greet them and assign them rooms.
  • Give informationabout our hotel, including available rooms, rates, andamenities.
  • Respond to clientcomplaints promptly and professionally.
  • Work with ourhousekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy,and fully equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Confirm groupreservations and plan personalized services for VIP clientsand event attendees, such as wedding guests.

Requirements
  • Work experience asa Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or other similarposition in a hotel

  • Outstandingcommunication and organizational abilities
  • A degree in hotelmanagement is preferred.
