Job summary

DynaIndustrial in Regina, SK is seeking a General Labourer to join our Millwright Department. This hands-on role supports manufacturing and repair operations, handling materials, painting, cleaning, and operating forklifts and overhead cranes to keep projects moving in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, stays organized, prioritizes safety, and works well both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, millwright, fabrication, or material handling environment is asset.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work with equipment in a busy shop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling, painting, cleaning and organizing the shop.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required.
• Prepare equipment and components for manufacturing processes.
• Support millwright team to keep projects moving efficiently in the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow standard operating procedures.

We are currently seeking a General Labourer to join our Millwright Department in Regina.

This is not a warehouse position. This is a hands‑on industrial role supporting our manufacturing and repair operations. Working alongside our Millwright team, you will assist with material handling, painting, cleaning, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, preparing equipment and components for manufacturing and helping keep projects moving efficiently through the shop.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, works safely, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, millwright, fabrication, or material handling environment is considered an asset.
