Job summary

Viral Nation in Toronto seeks a Solutions Architect, AI Systems to own problems from scope to first working version. You will design, build, and ship AI-enabled data tools on our proprietary infrastructure, not just dashboards.

You’ll deploy models and pipelines with Python/SQL on Snowflake/BigQuery, collaborating with Data Eng and AI teams to ensure data quality and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Applied AI/ML, or Data Engineering with shipped software.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; able to deploy code to production.
• Experience deploying models/pipelines on Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and applied AI methods in real products.
• BI tools like Sigma/Tableau/Looker/Power BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with exec, strategy, and client teams to scope AI/data solutions.
• Design the system and ship the first working version yourself.
• Build and deploy tools, models, and internal products on our data infra.
• Write and maintain production-grade code in Python/SQL/APIs.
• Deploy applied AI methods as real features, not proofs.
• Collaborate with Data Eng and AI teams to keep data quality high.
• Develop internal tools for non-technical teams; monitor usage post-launch.
