Location : This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week at our Ottawa, ON office located at 40 Hines Rd, Ottawa, ON K2K 2M5, Canada.

Position Summary :

As an applied AI / ML engineer working on the Trend Vision One Platform, you will collaborate with a global team to develop innovative AI-powered solutions to secure our customers' digital environment.

Responsibilities :

• Apply AI / ML skills on large-scale datasets across the platform for AI-powered features such as security companion, attack surface insights, risk assessment, and risk quantification.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective MLOps pipelines to ensure accuracy, validity, and reliability of data, ML, and LLM models.
• Build and operate robust AI-based and GenAI-based services within the Vision One Platform, incorporating customer insights for improved service quality.
• Collaborate with data platform teams on scalable systems for high-performance data transformation, feature engineering, and data correlation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 2+ years of experience in ML / AI work, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with machine learning and big data analysis, including predictive analytics, time series forecasting, deep learning, knowledge graph systems, or GenAI.
• Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of credit scorecards, fraud detection, risk assessment, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, FAIR, COBIT5, ISO) is a plus.
