Application Support Analyst (ERP SAP BusinessOne, SQL)

Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Application Support Analyst to support their growing team.

Must Have Primary Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
• Basic knowledge of SQL and technical infrastructure; advanced SQL knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of finance, inventory, and manufacturing processes and industry best practices
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and as part of a team
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, inventory, or finance
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP B1, Netsuite, Sage
• Ability to pass a background check for access to internal systems

Nice to Have Secondary Skills:

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Proficient reading and editing skills

Proven Experience In:

• Implementation of new solutions with clients, including needs analysis, process review, software configuration, testing, end-user training, and documentation
• Supporting existing client installations, which may include process redesign, user training, and project discovery for customizations and additional tools
• Leading project teams as the primary point of contact for clients, managing task prioritization, and coordinating meetings
• Participating in technical reviews with development teams on internal and external solutions
• Developing estimates for new projects and managing project documentation and timelines to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Utilizing internal tools, Excel, and SQL for data transformation and import to client databases during implementation or support
