Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Salesforce engineering with Apex, LWC, SLDS, Flows, and integrations.
• Hands-on CI/CD with SFDX and Git; familiarity with Flosum, Gearset, Copado, or standard pipelines.
• Experience in API design, unit and integration testing, and performance debugging on Salesforce.
• Hands-on with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Platform Events, Kafka or Service Bus, and Data Cloud.
• Experience with cloud native services on AWS or Azure; containers like Docker and K8s.
• Front-end testing with Cypress or Playwright; WCAG accessibility knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, implementation, and production support for Salesforce integrations.
• Develop and support custom Salesforce applications and code to meet business needs.
• Define and monitor code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes via version control.
• Create integrations between Salesforce and other applications; provide technical leadership.
• Create actionable technical documentation from business requirements and decisions.

• The candidate will be responsible for performing technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, configuration, implementation, and production support for Salesforce system integrations and customizations.
• The candidate will be involved in all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting custom Salesforce applications and code to enable solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
• The candidate will be responsible for writing, testing, analyzing, and implementing high quality code according to specifications.
• The candidate will define and monitor compliance with code check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes using version control systems.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing and/or maintaining integrations and connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications.
• The candidate will provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
• The candidate will be responsible for creating actionable technical documentation based on gathered business requirements and solution decisions.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce engineering with strong exposure to Apex, LWC, SLDS, Flows, and integration patterns.
• The candidate must have hands-on experience with CI/CD using SFDX and Git, along with exposure to Flosum, Gearset, Copado, or standard CI pipelines.
• The candidate must have proven experience in API design and consumption, along with unit and integration testing, and performance debugging on Salesforce.
• The candidate will be required to have hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• The candidate must have experience with MuleSoft, event streaming using Platform Events, Kafka or Service Bus, and Data Cloud.
• The candidate must have experience working with cloud native services on AWS or Azure, including containers such as Docker and K8s.
• The candidate must have experience with front-end testing using Cypress or Playwright, along with knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
