Job description

Harris OnPoint is seeking talented and motivated Software Implementation Consultants to join our Professional Services team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects. Responsibilities include overall business and clinical analysis, creation of project deliverables, software application training, and project resource coordination.

You will work closely with both clients and development team members to achieve client goals. Ability to travel is required, though the actual amount will vary by project. Additional responsibilities may include client training, customer support, program documentation, product testing, and demonstrations. This is a full-time position with benefits, including vacation policy, health, dental, life, and disability insurance.

Responsibilities
  1. Support and lead business requirements definition to drive operational efficiencies and improve the customer experience.
  2. Develop and maintain a robust and accurate end-to-end knowledge of business processes and applicable procedures.
  3. Manage activities to produce successful results on multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. Support key project implementation activities such as planning, systems integration, training, procedure development, performance management, business case tracking, and user acceptance testing.
  5. Collaborate to assess the impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning.
  6. Communicate project status to management, teams, and stakeholders through regular reporting.
  7. Ensure the organization can respond effectively to customer inquiries, designing appropriate positioning and tracking operational impacts.
  8. Assist with business development activities including proposals, statements of work, and presentations.
  9. Prepare, organize, and deliver end-user training.
  10. Work with IT and business units to gather requirements for software design and development.
  11. Understand current business objectives and processes, analyze options, and recommend enhancements using technology and process changes.
  12. Meet business goals related to implementation, revenue, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Clinical degree, nursing preferred.
  • Experience in business/clinical analysis, translating user needs into requirements.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio preferred.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
