Job summary

Realstar is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Agent in Toronto to show and lease apartment suites, qualify residents, and manage deposits, while delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing residents. Schedule includes every other weekend.

The role offers a starting salary of $45,000 plus bonus with opportunities for training, career development, and an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self starter with high degree of initiative, creativity and flexibility.
• Experience with leasing apartments or selling condominiums an asset.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: Encourage appointments or viewings with prospective residents; qualify prospects; tour suites; answer inquiries; monitor market competition; assist with newspaper ads; maintain listings.
• Renting & Administration: Process rental applications; verify credit and employment history; follow up for satisfaction and on-work orders; record transactions and run reports.
• Marketing & Business Development: Improve customer experience; hold open houses; create newsletters/flyers; communicate with prospects; assist Regional Coordinator of Marketing & Development.
