Job summary

One Mission Society seeks an Asia Pacific Regional Theological Education Coordinator to champion theological education across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves supporting OMS-partner schools, collaborating with field leaders, and ensuring schools become self-supporting within their cultural contexts. Ideal candidates will have an MA or MDiv, cross-cultural ministry experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• MA or MDiv required; Doctorate preferred.
• Cross-cultural ministry experience, preferably in Asia Pacific.
• Strong biblical doctrine and commitment to Wesleyan Holiness theology.

Responsibilities

• Support and equip OMS-partner schools and national partners.
• Visit each school regularly and coordinate ongoing coaching.
• Advocate for OMS partner schools and keep their needs before the OMS community.
