The General Manager reports to the Board of Directors and works under the supervision of the Chair. This role provides support in both administrative and operational aspects of the Centre’s activities and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting employee relations.
  2. Promoting initiatives and projects.
  3. Collaborating with the office manager.
  4. Providing technical leadership for the corporation's operations.
  5. Coordinating, developing, implementing, and executing project deliverables and reports.
