Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a senior front-end engineer to join our Montreal team on a 12-month contract. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site per week) and a rate of 60–64 CAD per hour (corporate + HST) apply.

The role requires strong Angular expertise, REST API integration, and modern UI practices. You will collaborate with product and backend teams to deliver scalable interfaces using NgRx/Redux, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing, while optimizing performance and usability in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years with Angular development.
• Experience with Angular Material and responsive UI design.
• Strong REST API, JSON, and API integration knowledge.
• Experience with state management (NgRx/Redux).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Jest).
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
