Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an experienced Anaplan Architect to design and lead end‑to‑end planning solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable models and integrations with ERP/CRM/DW systems.

The role requires hands‑on model building, governance, and performance optimization, plus mentoring of junior analysts. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in EPM/Anaplan, strong communication skills, and a relevant Anaplan

Qualifications

• 8+ years in EPM/Planning with hands‑on Anaplan experience.
• Designed and implemented complex Anaplan models and enterprise planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of FPA, budgeting, forecasting, workforce, and ops planning.
• Experience with Anaplan Data Hub, ALM, and integration frameworks.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Anaplan model building and solution architecture best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Anaplan certification preferred (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner).
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture.
