Job Summary:

• Our client is seeking a highly experienced Analytics Developer (SAP BW Solution Architect) to design, build, and support enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.
• This role is critical in architecting the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from SAP and non-SAP systems, enabling impactful reporting and analytics.
• The successful candidate will work closely with data analysts, developers, and business leads to deliver a scalable and reusable analytics architecture that meets evolving business needs.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL processes for extracting data from various SAP modules (MM, FI, PS, CRM, SuccessFactors).
• Develop data models in SAP Business Warehouse 7.5, and integrate them with reporting tools including SAP BusinessObjects 4.3, Power BI Direct Query, HANA DB, Azure Dataflows, and Azure ADLS containers.
• Serve as a solution architect for SAP Analytics, providing guidance on project designs, data modeling, and integration strategies.
• Define and enforce SAP analytics development standards, ensuring solutions are aligned with product roadmaps and future capability needs.
• Manage the design and implementation of reusable data models for both enterprise developers and citizen developers.
• Architect end-to-end analytics solutions, including data storage and transformation architecture, leveraging modern tools and cloud platforms.
• Maintain and manage code repositories and production data pipelines, including troubleshooting and resolution of failures.
• Analytics Developer collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements and delivers high-quality analytics solutions using agile delivery methods.
• Lead and mentor development team members, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and retention standards across solutions.
• Support post-implementation activities and provide production support for live environments.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP Business Warehouse Developer and Solution Architect, including:
• SAP BW 7.5 data modeling and extraction.
• Integrations with SAP modules: MM, FI, PS, CRM, and SuccessFactors.
• Reporting solutions into BusinessObjects 4.3, Power BI, and Azure platforms.
• Demonstrated experience setting development standards and aligning them to SAP product roadmaps.
• Strong experience in data transformation architecture, data integration, and solution scalability.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and participation in daily stand-ups and sprints.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Event Hub, and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices in analytics environments.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud analytics solutions.
