Job Title: Analytics Analyst - SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics
Location: Onsite - Regina, SK
Department: Enterprise Analytics / SAP Operations

Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analytics Analyst - SAP Operations & Enterprise Analytics to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will play a key part in delivering enterprise-wide insights by performing advanced analytics, forecasting, and optimization across SAP and related systems.
  • You will consult with business stakeholders to uncover actionable intelligence, improve reporting processes, and enhance data quality through process mapping and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in business and technical requirements-gathering workshops.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed user stories and contribute to sprint planning and story point estimation.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and data mappings.
  • Deliver data-driven solutions and dashboards through agile sprint methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and developers to design, build, and implement analytics solutions.
  • Participate in daily SCRUM stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
  • Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and support post-implementation activities.
  • Facilitate scope management through structured sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Conduct process mapping and data lineage tracing to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of analytics solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed and standards are maintained
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of continuous improvement in analytics or reporting functions.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, or data-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in tools and platforms including:
    • Microsoft Power BI
    • Azure DevOps
    • SAP SuccessFactors
    • Azure Databricks
    • OSI Pi Historian
    • IPS Asset Manager
  • Experience working within a Product Model and SCRUM/Agile methodology.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • Exposure to SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Experience with data governance, data warehousing, or MDM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning is a plus.
