The TDS Infrastructure Business Management group focuses on overseeing all aspects of resourcing and capabilities that support the entirety of TD Securities, ranging from Front Office tooling for our traders to technology platforms that empower our Finance and Operations partners to run the TDS franchise. We aim to transform the organization by driving business decisions around a data driven culture and focusing on identifying large scale opportunities to empower the business to achieve its goals in the most efficient manner.

Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Business Management Analyst will play a key role on the team to drive accountability and conversations with respect to resources and non-resource expenses and reporting in the business, primarily TDS Technology Solutions. Role requires strong analytics, accuracy for reporting and forecasting. It requires maintaining and updating the internal resource management tool, ensuring it is up to date and accurate, and reconciling to Workday and Finance.

• Work with resource managers in performance of activities ahead of talent acquisition in the hiring process for technology portfolio.
• Managing and reporting on resource and non-resource expenses in the portfolio.
• Contribute to the business management function, play a key role in implementation of strategies in support of the overall business strategy in alignment to product family and group.
• Develop and prepare monthly management reports and dashboards, with an emphasis on continuous report adaptation based on changing needs and priorities.
• Communicate financial results and analysis succinctly.
• Contribute to integrated implementation of processes across multiple functional areas.
• Participate in identifying, designing and testing solutions and supporting implementation.
• Facilitate key discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience.
• Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines.
• Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and provide support to the overall Business Management function.

• Five or more years of relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills with finance knowledge
• Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships.
